A photo becomes a painting

Cool stuff sometimes just happens!
Emmy Dovic took classes at "The School of Arts in Amsterdam" and paints for quite a while with passion and talent. Her paintings always breathe a special atmosphere.

After she visited my website she asked if she could use a couple of my photos to make a painting. I thought it was an exciting idea that a painter would take my photo's to make a panting. It didn't take me long to agree and eventually she chose two photo's that you can see on the left upper corner. These photos are part of a series made in the Amsterdam Zoo in 2005.

I think the result is marvelous.
And… I am very proud that two of my photos are so beautifully created into in a modern piece of art.
